The role

They are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Business Developers to join their Corporate Sales Team.

‍

In the role as Business Developer, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, starting from sourcing your own leads to closing deals! They are looking for someone who can - largely independently - build and manage a portfolio of clients.

Your responsibilities

• Engaging with new business prospects
• Ensuring smooth opening of new accounts
• Collaborating with your Head of Desk to generate new revenue
• Maintaining focus on goals and results and striving to exceed objectives
• Developing a solid understanding of both plain vanilla and structured FX products
• Working with a high degree of professionalism, both within and outside the organization

Key qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic, and motivated individual with a drive to succeed
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages
• Flawless communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Proven abilities with all FX products or demonstrable the ability to learn new material very well
• Strong organizational and networking skills
• Ability to engage in conversations at the C-level
• Proven persuasion and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering first-class customer service

Salary

• A starting salary from €2800 gross
• An annual bonus of 20% of your annual salary
